Billing Terms

Effective as of December 1, 2024


Fees and Currency

All fees for services provided by Primo Virtual Assistant Solutions (PVA Solutions) are quoted in Canadian dollars, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust our fees at any time without prior notice.


Payments, Subscriptions, and Automatic Renewals

Primo Virtual Assistant Solutions (PVA Solutions) offers subscription-based virtual office assistance and bookkeeping services. Services are to be paid in advance of services being done. You may terminate your contract with Primo Virtual Assistant Solutions (PVA Solutions) with 30 days written notice by emailing us at info@pvasolutions.ca. 

If your payment method fails to process successfully, we reserve the right to suspend your services until your invoice is brought into good standing.


Payment Method

Payments are processed through electronic bank transfer or other applicable payment processors. All payment information is handled in compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) guidelines. By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to continue charging the payment method provided until you cancel your subscription.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions to Primo Virtual Assistant Solutions (PVA Solutions) are non-refundable, except where required by law. No partial refunds will be issued. All cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance. Once canceled, after the 30 day notice, Primo Virtual Assistant Solutions (PVA Solutions) will provide you with access to your documents and QuickBooks Online Account. 


Price Changes

Primo Virtual Assistant Solutions (PVA Solutions) reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Existing clients will be notified of any price increases at least 30 days in advance. Failure to cancel your subscription within this period implies acceptance of the new subscription fee.


Cancellation and Missed Appointments

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or any missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the appointment.

Primo Virtual Assistant Solutions (PVA Solutions) reserves the right to update or modify this billing policy at any time without prior notice.
